- Tracking, managing, and providing updates on the goods' journey to the shipper.

- Providing customer support to the carrier or the final customer receiving the goods.
- Completing the delivery process and creating shipping documents, such as the packing list and bill of lading (BOL).
- Sending the appropriate documents on behalf of the shipper to the carrier.
